Scream Queens: our Halloween window display

We are well known for our beautiful and eye-catching window displays. Our spooktacular Halloween window displays have gotten plenty of press attention in the past, and this year is no different – our Halloween window display has even been featured on the Bridal Buyer website.

Wedding dresses
Fit for even the bride of Frankenstein, this year’s Halloween window display was created by the very talented Lucy Banks of Spire Vintage and showcases our beautiful wedding dresses alongside a witches’ broomstick, hat and cauldron, some fluffy bats, and an assortment of pumpkins.

The star of the (horror) show is a jaunty skeleton in a wheelbarrow, just hanging out amongst the exquisite gowns on show. His name is Freddie and he’s a regular feature of the Nora Eve Halloween window display. Dried autumn leaves and vines add to the creepy Halloween atmosphere of the shop front.

Our window display is designed to not only get into the spirit of Halloween, but also to capture the essence of the whole season of autumn. We’ve kept it current with a mixture of vintage furniture and earthy tones and we’ve used the autumnal colour palette that is so in right now.

Our skeletons have joyous expressions and embody the idea of “till death do us part” which ties the theme of the window in with our store seamlessly.

But it’s not only Halloween where our windows look amazing – we theme our window displays around a variety of events and holidays throughout the year to ensure that our store aesthetic is relatable to our customers, whether they are new or returning.

We find inspo for our windows from a multitude of places – from the weather to the seasons, to a feeling or an emotion. It’s all about relating this back to wedding dresses – that’s what we live and breathe.

Our customers love our window displays and we hope to create many more exciting designs over the next few years.
